The Hollow is a forest-to-table restaurant that specializes in the traditions of rustic American cooking, highlighting proteins and vegetables harvested from the great American landscape. Our rotating seasonal menu is adorned with bison, duck, boar, and rabbit, as well as a selection of fish including, northern pike, rainbow trout and walleye salmon. Each is accompanied by a variety of seasonal vegetables, wild mushrooms, fresh fruit, and rich grains.
